Caraway Connemaras is situated in South Western Quebec. We are approximately 60 km south west of Montreal, close to the New York State border and less than an hours drive from Ontario. Visitors are welcome but please call in advance.

Having been brought up among Connemara ponies in England I am now continuing the family traditions here in Canada. I bought my stallion, Finn, as a yearling in 1995 and in the spring of 1997 I imported 3 purebred mares from England. My aunt, Margaret Wilson, offered me her 2 year old filly, *Wensum Plum, as a foundation mare. I was thrilled to accept and imported Plum with *Hearnesbrook Shooting Star and *Kindesella Contessa. I also have 1 thoroughbred brood mare.

My aim is to breed strong and sane ponies – ponies which can be enjoyed by children or adults either at home or in the competitive world.
